This 85 m² apartment in Valencia already had a solid base but lacked logic, warmth and personality. By rethinking the layout and introducing custom design elements, we transformed the space into a calm and inviting home that reflects the lifestyle of its owners, a place that works both as their main residence and as a temporary rental when they travel.
Project Highlights
Reorganising the Living Space
Although the apartment had recently been renovated, the layout between the living and dining areas felt illogical. By introducing a new spatial arrangement and creating a custom floating TV wall, the space gained structure, balance and a much clearer flow.
A Warm and Characterful Interior
The original interior was almost entirely white and furnished with temporary pieces. Inspired by the Arte wallpaper, we built a palette of warm tones, natural textures and rich materials that give the apartment its distinctive and welcoming atmosphere.
Custom Design & Trusted Collaboration
Several bespoke elements were introduced, including custom-made furniture and carefully selected finishes. The renovation was realised in close collaboration with trusted local partners, ensuring that design ideas were translated into precise and high-quality execution.
