These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Batch Interior.
1. Services
Batch Interior provides interior design, renovation guidance, styling and project coordination services. The exact scope of work is defined per project in a proposal or agreement.
2. Agreements

A project is considered confirmed once:

The proposal has been approved in writing, and
-
The initial payment has been received
3. Fees & Payments

All prices are stated in euros (€) unless otherwise agreed

Payments are made in instalments as defined in the proposal

Invoices must be paid within [7–14] days
Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work.
4. Scope of work
The scope of work is strictly limited to what is described in the proposal. Additional work or changes requested by the client may result in additional costs.
5. Revisions
A reasonable number of revisions may be included, depending on the project. Additional revisions or major changes after approval may be charged separately.
6. Third parties
Batch Interior may collaborate with contractors, suppliers and other third parties.

We are not responsible for delays, errors or performance issues caused by third parties

Contracts with third parties are the responsibility of the client unless agreed otherwise
7. Project timeline
Project timelines are indicative and may be affected by:

Client feedback delays

Supplier availability
-
Construction or delivery issues
We are not liable for delays outside our control.
8. Client responsibilities

Provide accurate information

Respond in a timely manner

Approve decisions within agreed timeframes
Delays from the client may impact the project timeline.
9. Liability
Batch Interior is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Issues arising from third-party work
-
Budget overruns caused by external factors
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
10. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled:

Payments already made are non-refundable

Work completed up to that point will be invoiced
11. Intellectual property

All designs, concepts and materials created by Batch Interior remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.

Clients may use the design for the specific project only.
12. Photography & portfolio
Batch Interior reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use them for portfolio, website and marketing purposes, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
13. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
