The Six-Day Styling
Globexs
For the real estate company Globexs, two newly developed apartments near Valencia were styled to prepare them for the sales and rental market. Although the furniture had already been installed, the spaces still lacked warmth and personality.
Within an intense six-day timeline, from the moment the assignment was confirmed to the final photoshoot, both apartments were fully styled with textiles, accessories, table settings, plants and carefully selected decorative elements. The goal was to create interiors that feel welcoming and aspirational while still appealing to a wide range of potential buyers and tenants.

Project Highlights

Two Apartments Styled in Six Days
From receiving the assignment to completing the photoshoot, the entire project was delivered in just six days. Both apartments, measuring 95 m² and 121 m², were styled within this short timeframe while maintaining a consistent and carefully balanced aesthetic.
Warmth Within Existing Interiors
Because the base furniture had already been selected, the challenge was to bring warmth and personality through styling alone. Textiles, decorative objects, plants, table settings and small furniture pieces were added to create inviting spaces that still remain broadly appealing to potential buyers.
Designed for Real Estate Presentation
The styling was carefully designed to translate well into real estate photography. The resulting images are still used by Globexs today to present the apartments online and to promote similar units within the same development.
