Two newly renovated studios in Valencia were transformed into comfortable and inviting short-term rental spaces. With a limited budget and a neutral architectural base, the goal was to create warmth, functionality and a welcoming atmosphere for future guests.

Two studios, one concept
The property consists of two independent studios with a total surface of approximately 90 m². Both spaces were designed to feel calm, practical and welcoming, using a consistent palette of natural materials, soft textiles and modern furniture.
From empty shell to ready-to-rent
When the project started, the renovation was almost finished but the spaces were completely empty. The fixed elements such as the kitchen, flooring and bathroom were already installed, giving us the opportunity to focus fully on the furniture layout, styling and atmosphere.
Comfort within a limited budget
The challenge was to create a comfortable and attractive short-stay experience while working within a modest budget. Carefully selected furniture, layered lighting and thoughtful styling helped transform the minimal interiors into warm and functional living spaces.
