The Boutique Stay
Stephan
This 40 m² ground-floor studio in Valencia was part of a row of similar rental apartments that had all been renovated in exactly the same style. The owner wanted this unit to stand out from the rest by creating a warmer and more distinctive guest experience.
Through thoughtful styling, furniture selection and spatial organisation, the studio was transformed into a welcoming boutique-style stay. The result is a compact but carefully designed space that feels inviting, practical and ready for guests.

Project Highlights

Standing Out in a Series of Rentals
Although the apartment had already been renovated, it looked identical to several neighbouring rental units. By introducing a warmer palette, carefully selected furniture and softer materials, the space gained a unique identity that helps it stand out in the competitive short-term rental market.
Smart Zoning in a Compact Studio
Despite being a single open space, the studio was carefully organised to create clear zones for sleeping, relaxing and dining. A custom shelving unit subtly separates the sleeping area while maintaining an open and airy feel.
Turn-Key Ready for Guests
The apartment was fully styled and prepared as a turn-key rental property. From furniture and layout to finishing touches and guest essentials, every detail was designed to create a comfortable and memorable stay for visitors.
